You can choose between the Finnish dry sauna (about 90°C) with coloured light therapy and gentle relaxation music or steam room.
For those who like something a little "tougher" and find the cold shower not quite sufficient, in winter there is plenty of space outdoors to bathe in the snow!
After a visit to the sauna you can once again recuperate from the events of the day in one of our loungers. Or take a seat on our heated bench.
